Schnell Academy Refund Policy

At Schnell Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training and educational services to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under specific conditions, as detailed in the sections below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@schnellacademy.com with supporting documentation if applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Online Courses (Self-Paced & Instructor-Led)

  • Before Course Access: A full refund will be granted if the request is made within seven (7) days of purchase and the student has not accessed any course materials.
  • After Course Access: No refunds will be granted once course materials have been accessed.
  • Live Instructor-Led Courses: If a student withdraws at least five (5) days before the start date, they are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this period.

b. Subscription-Based Learning

  • Monthly or annual subscription plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Students may cancel their subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.

c. Workshops, Webinars, and Masterclasses

  • Cancellations made at least five (5) days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within five (5) days of the scheduled event or for no-shows.

d. Corporate Training & Customized Programs

  • Refunds for corporate or customized training sessions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Course Cancellation by Schnell Academy

In the event that Schnell Academy cancels a course, workshop, or training session, students will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund.
  • Transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same or similar course.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Any transaction fees or processing charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Failure to attend or complete the course.
  • Requests made outside the specified refund eligibility period.
  • Refund requests due to lack of technical skills required to complete the course (students are responsible for ensuring they meet the course prerequisites).
